Position Summary: We are URGENTLY seeking passionate and responsible Child Care Providers (babysitter, nanny, caregiver, au pair, daycare provider, preschool teacher) to join our team in our Rocklin, CA center! The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the well-being and development of children, ensuring their safety and promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
Pay: $18.
00 - $23.
00 per hour
Qualifications:
Must have availability from 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
High school diploma or higher degree
Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred
Must be willing to drive to Sacramento and nearby centers
Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle), active license, and have current/active auto insurance
Must have current vaccinations (MMR, HEP B, Tdap, Varicella) and TB test within the last year
Must have COVID, booster, and flu vaccination annually
Must pass DOJ/FBI live scan background clearance
Must provide proof of physical capability including the ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, twist and lift 50 pounds
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
Create and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs that stimulate children's physical, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive development.
Provide emotional support and guidance to children as needed.
Potential need to change diapers or assist with toilet training along with maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Maintain accurate records of children's daily routines, health, and milestones.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless childcare experience.
