*OPENINGS THIS WEEKEND* Learn to ride! Get licensed! This is the official CHP California Motorcyclist Safety Program’s beginner riding and licensing course.
The course includes two classroom sessions and two outdoor riding sessions held over three days (Fri 6-9pm, Sat 7:30am-4pm, Sun 7:30am-12:30pm).
The course is held every weekend, year round.
Cost is $425.
You will learn fundamental skills required to operate a motorcycle and progress to street riding skills and strategies.
Topics include understanding how to manage motorcycling risks, proper cornering strategies, and emergency crash avoidance skills.
Designed for new riders, but any rider who has not taken a motorcycle course will benefit.
Upon successful completion, you will be mailed a waiver so that you do not need to take the riding test at the DMV.
Training motorcycles are provided, and if needed, a helmet.
You can request to ride a scooter.
