This is a role for someone with a management and Operations background who understands hard work, how to deliver and train others to provide top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care.

As the Operations/Compliance Manager you are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.

• Sets the example for the team of the 3 S’s (smile, story, and satisfaction) and holds them accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
• Keeps the team members engaged in their duties.
• Strive for high customer review ratings! • ENJOY your team! GROW your team! And PLAY to your fullest potential Responsibilities… • Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as well as various other days throughout the week.
• Manage the front desk/reception area on Saturday and Sunday as well as weekend Management duties • Teach, mentor, and motivate the staff to uphold and exceed the highest standards of service, communication, quality, consistency, and execution • Stay current on Dog Daycare trends and provide insights to Owner • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures • Increasing customer satisfaction through improved processes • Implementing new processes and technology to improve daily operations/ efficiency • General \right-hand\ person to the General Manager • Oversees lead follow-up and meet and greet and lead contact via the front desk team.
• Develops front desk team to proactively look for opportunities for up-selling and using dog Evaluations to grow revenue • Participates in promotional activities or events to promote their location.
• Monitors the playrooms and knows all dogs in the facility to ensure safety and appropriate daily assignments.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment utilizing cleaning protocols to ensure our facility is the cleanest in the industry, to provide an exceptional experience for our pets and their parents.
• Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and team accountable to the Dogtopia’s safety and cleaning standards.
• Communicates any concerns or needs to franchise owner proactively and partnering after attempting to resolve issues.
• Strives for the highest level of satisfaction for our pets, pet parents, and teams.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications… • 1+ years of experience in a management position • Demonstrated knowledge of current industry trends • Strong management skills and ability to motivate staff in a highly pressured environment • Interpersonal skills - must communicate with leadership, staff, customers and vendors.
• Must be able to be on call to support the staff and service customers after-hours and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong supervisory and delegation skills.
• Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
• Committed to the success of the team and not just as an individual.
• Proficient with using web and app based technology, and POS systems.
