We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grilling with a keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality dishes.

*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes, including kebabs, grilled meats, and vegetables, according to established recipes and standards.
* Ensure all grilled items are cooked to perfection, maintaining their flavor, texture, and presentation.
* Monitor and manage grill station inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and freshness of ingredients.
* Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate cooking times and ensure timely preparation of orders.
* Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized grill station.
* Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, including food preparation, cleaning, and dishwashing.
*Requirements*
* Experience working on a grill station in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* A strong understanding of cooking techniques like charring, searing, and grilling to achieve desired textures and flavors
* Experience working with open flame grills is a plus
* The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A passion for Persian cuisine or a willingness to learn
* A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
