Long jacket with slim short skirt, very figure flattering, formal yet feminine executive.

Very upscale style, material is a nubby black wool, very textured.
Double breasted, elegant buttons are rimmed with a gold tone and a swirl pattern.
Other high quality details are epaulet detail at sleeves with same elegant buttons.
Very unusual cut at shoulders: no shoulder seams but instead a slight shoulder drop, zoom into photos to view.
Highly textured material like a medium tweed.
