We offer Health Dept.
permitted, private COMMERCIAL KITCHENS (shared kitchen / commissary), each operated separately with four walls and lockable doors.
Our kitchens range in size from 250 to 600 sq ft.
Rates start at $2300 per month.
These are flat rates – we charge zero sales commissions, nor revenue shares.
The hoods are either 8' or 12' depending on the kitchen size.
Each kitchen comes with 3 gas stubs underneath the hood, prep, hand, and 3-bay sinks.
3-phase power, and direct ventilation out of the building.
Walk-in Freezer space can be rented for $100/month per rack.
Walk-in Fridge space can be rented for $75/month per rack.
