Deposit equal to 1 month’s rent.
The rental agreement would start out month to month to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us.
It’s very important to us that we maintain our quiet, Zen space for clients.
After a few months if it seems like a good fit, tenant can sign a longer-term lease to lock in rent rate or stay month to month.
Options to grow into more days/week or Full-time is also available.
