The room would be great for an esthetician, lash tech, therapist, permanent makeup, microblading, etc.
The room is also available for acupuncture, massage, chiropractic, marriage and family therapists, nutritionist, psychiatrist, hypnotherapist, general office use and more.

The rental agreement would start out month to month to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us.
It’s very important to us that we maintain our quiet, Zen space for clients.
After a few months if it seems like a good fit, tenant can sign a longer-term lease to lock in rent rate or stay month to month.
Other rooms are available part time for Mondays – Thursdays *must stay furnished*
1 day a week (for example: every Monday of the month or every Tuesday of the month): $150/mo.
2 days a week: $290/mo.
3 days a week: $440/mo.
