Large Studio with two rooms, a back office, full of yoga and fitness equipment available for sublease and hourly rent.
Studio boast over 2100 square feet, A/C, Heat, Comfortable Seating and presentation capabilities.
The space is available for hourly rentals or for a more ongoing subleasing of the space.
We are open renting to most groups, but would love to host folks who are in the birth and parenting sphere in particular and can cross promote.
Currently the times where we don't have classes happening are: Mondays 6am-10am and 2pm-6pm and 8-10pm Tuesdays 6am-11:30am and 1:30-4pm and 8-10pm (the larger room is available from 6-10pm) Wednesdays 6am-11:30am and 1:30-5:30pm and 7-10pm Thursdays 6am-1pm and 8-10pm (one room is available from 6:30-10pm as well) Fridays 6am-1pm and 2pm-5pm and 7pm-12am Most Saturdays 12pm-11pm Some Sundays during the day.
Usually 1 or 2 a month With your rental you get acccess to: 20+ folding chairs Exercise Balls Many small weights and kettlebells Yoga mats, many bolsters, blankets and blocks Projector and Screen 2 Rolling White Boards Speaker Full Wall Mirror in the Big Room Restroom Office with door that closes Filtered water Nice Outdoor space in front of the studio If you are interested in renting the space please send us an email to inquire.
