The Root is Sacramento’s only perinatal wellness studio located on a cul-de-sac with lots of open parking is available for Rent beginning in April - possibly sooner, depending on what you need.
I am open to someone renting the full office for a monthly fee.
I am also open to folks splitting time, say renting 2, 3, 4 days per week, depending on what you need.
The rates are negotiable, but I want it to feel like a good fit for all of us.
Things to know:
We have a restroom that is inside one of the smaller studio rooms.
We have a large back room that has a door that closes so there is minimal noise.
The smaller room typically only has classes in the evenings, and that room does not have a door that closes, so those are things to be mindful of when considering renting.
If you rent the office space, you can also have discounted access to renting the larger spaces in the front and back studio
Other things you can have access to:
Filtered cold and hot water
Microwave and fridge
Coffee Pot
Varied seating for your clients
A nice large desk
A massage table (though you are welcome to bring your own)
This office would be perfect for someone who works with the Prenatal and Postpartum Clientele, perhaps a therapist, an acupuncturist, a massage therapist or other body worker, a midwife, etc.
We are open to renting outside of the perinatal field of course as well.
