Front Desk Monitor

*Job Title: *Front Desk Monitor *Job Description:* AMI Housing currently operates a low income permanent supportive housing project in Roseville, CA that hosts 30 units of housing.
Tenants who reside at the project received case management and supportive services to help them maintain their housing and live productive, healthy lives.
The project is undergoing renovations and will become 82 units.
During the transition from 30 units to 82 units, AMI Housing is in need of Front Desk Monitors to manage the front desk in the lobby of the building and perform a variety of job duties.
*SHIFT NEEDED: *M/T 4:15pm-10pm, Th 8am-4:30pm, F 1:30pm-10pm.
*Job Duties:* * Monitor and record occupant entry and exit from the building * Complete incident reports when incidents occur * Engage with EMT staff or law enforcement if they are ever called to the property * Perform daily wellness checks to ensure tenants are following program rules * Provide tenants with access to their rooms until key system is installed * Distribute delivered meals and mail to tenants * Stock and distribute toiletries and cleaning supplies * Ensure all keys are accounted for daily * Maintain general safety of the project by asking people to leave who are not supposed to be on property * Perform light administrative tasks assigned by Program Director * Perform light cleaning tasks of front desk and main entrance * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Strong customer service skills * Experience working a front desk at a hotel or similar entity * Experience working in social services, especially with the homeless or mentally ill populations * Demonstrate critical thinking skills and sound decision making * Ability to work independently * Ability to remain calm during a crisis * Personable and engaging personality to make tenants feel welcome * Reliable and punctual * Ability to work evenings and weekends, including some holidays * Strong professional boundaries Pay: $20.
