Essential Job Duties:
Answers multiple phone lines, discerning the caller's needs and transfers calls to appropriate staff or takes messages as required.
Responsible for scheduling estimate appointments and coordinating vehicles that are dropped off at the center.
Communicating effectively with our call center to ensure a seamless claims process.
Facilitate the drop-off process for vehicles that are scheduled for repairs and obtain the necessary customer authorizations.
Manages the reception area to ensure effective and timely telephone and mail communications, both internally andexternally, to maintain a professional image.
Create and maintain a clean, presentable front office environment.
Prioritized and performed several functions simultaneously and consistently while using different databases such as CCC1, Nexsyis, Outlook, Excel, and Arms.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Keeps updated records (including receipts) of office expenses and costs, when applicable.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Maintain customer coffee/drink station.
Administrative performs other administrative/clerical-related duties as assigned.

Ability to lift and move boxes, furniture up to 20 pounds.

Pay Range: $18-22 DOE
