* Provide software support * Training customers how to use technology * Uncover customer challenges and providing solutions * Collaborate with team members to solve issues * Internet researching (DMV, FMCSA) to solve issues * Consult on DMV & FMCSA related questions * Following up with prospective customers * Effectively convey strengths and benefits of our solutions * Prepare and process DMV applications * Audit reports and forms for accuracy * Simplify the Ridiculous, both internally and externally * *Employee Traits:* * Happy Team Attitude * Critical thinker & problem solver * Internet research and analysis * Strong computer and telephone skills * Natural Customer Service skills * Detail oriented *Educational requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
2+ years working in an office environment preferred.
