Dispatcher – Full-Time

What you’ll be doing:
Answering incoming phone calls and directing/assisting accordingly
Ensuring we are accurately and consistently communicating with customers to meet their needs and answer product questions
Responding to text and email orders from customers.
Placing calls to customers, confirming orders, and making necessary order adjustments.
Responding to internal emails from sales and accounting.
Communicating specialty products, significant schedule changes/requests, etc.
to internal staff as necessary for coordination of coverage.
Reporting lost loads and document accordingly.
Contributing to improve process development and collaborating with sales.

What you’ll need:
Minimum 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in a Customer Service-related field or position
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic mathematical skills, e.
