*Customer Service Representative/Service Dispatcher*

We are a locally owned and operated company which has been in business since 2001 and are looking to fill a position in our Sacramento, CA location.
As the liaison between customers and field representatives, the ideal candidate must properly communicate with callers to understand the services they need or help address or properly route any concerns they may have.
We are looking for a proactive go-getter, who is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of prioritizing tasks utilizing strong organizational and customer service skills.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
· Professionally respond to customer phone calls and emails
· Accurately document actions taken on each account
· Schedule service appointments
· Process work orders including open/close work orders, identify and correct errors
* Soft collection calls/emails
*Qualifications*
* Customer service: 2 years (Required)
* High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
· Professional telephone demeanor
· Pleasant customer service skills are a must!
* Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and dependable
· Acute attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to type 50 wpm and utilize 10 key
· Ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language
· Ability to multi-task, stay organized and function effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
· Self-starter, able to change direction quickly
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
