Client Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Assist with account management activities, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and updating client information.
- Analyze market trends and provide clients with relevant information and recommendations to support their financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track client interactions, update records, and generate reports.
- Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investment options, insurance policies, and retirement planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain complex financial concepts to clients.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations based on client needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
