Classification: Full Time Teller
Description: Assist customers with all aspects of our Internet Banking and Bill Payment services including use of our Mobile Banking App, Mobile Express Deposit, reset locked out customers, research Bill Payment issues, process customer enrollments and maintain customers' Internet Banking services as necessary.
Provide Internet Banking support for our branch offices.
Perform other Internet Banking duties as assigned.
Must have knowledge of the Internet and Mobile devices and how they work.
Excellent customer service and computer skills.
Experience in savings operations and new accounts helpful.
Proficient use of IBS Insight, Microsoft Word, & Excel desired.
This position is ideal for a quick learner who is organized and detail oriented.
