As the Customer Service Representative, you will determine eligibility, process orders successfully, and build reliable, trusting relationships with those wishing to move forward with the products and services recommended.

*The Customer Service Representative Role Must:*
* Understand each consumer needs and tailor unique solutions reinforcing the benefits of our service, product offerings, and enrollment process to drive sales
* Act as the primary point of contact for all new customers during the order and setup process
* Building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and comprehensive knowledge of our client's services
* Communicate with customers with a high level of empathy and sincerity and process orders quickly and efficiently
* Manage sensitive customer information and adhere to all compliance standards related to servicing and enrollment practices
* Use provided resources and sales tactics to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs in our commitment to maintaining the first point of contact resolution
* Meet and exceed performance standards set by Management that include customer survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
*We'll Be Looking For Our Customer Service Representative To Have:*
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
* Proven success in a customer service and consultative sales environment
* Ability to work cohesively with the Sales and Customer Service Representative teams to achieve common sales targets
* Passion for people and developing genuine relationships
* Enjoys a fast-paced (fun) working environment
* Reliable and able to work flexible full-time hours
* Intelligent, mindful, and humble
