Local Sacramento Property Management Group is searching for a full-time onsite maintenance person/tour guide!
Full time, 40 hours a week, $20/hour M-F 10am-6pm.
We have 4 buildings at this location and we'd like you to grow with us!
Requires at least 2+ years in handyman work and/or general property maintenance,
as well as 2+ years of customer service experience.
Job Description:
Manage the maintenance requests for all 4 buildings in order of urgency!
Daily touches and twice-weekly deep cleanings of all common areas (restrooms, hallways, parking lots)
Unit flips as they come available - Includes potentially removing furniture or other items left by previous customers, patching/painting walls, replacing ceiling tiles, replacing light bulbs, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming
Physically intensive and requires the ability to lift 50 lb items at times.
Requires lots of walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and potentially climbing onto roofs.
Landscaping work- pulling weeds, trimming branches, shrubs, picking up all trash.
🚨Offer friendly and deal-closing tours of the facilities and available units.
This is a customer-facing position and this requires giving friendly and deal-closing tours! Prior customer services experience is required.
We need someone who is up for the challenge of getting these spaces ready and then filling them up!
