Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Agent to join our team.
As a Customer Success Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive experience from the time they purchase a cold plunge until they successfully take their first Plunge.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers via phone, email, and chat.
Help customers with shipping questions and issues, order status updates, and updating customers about any delays.
Assist customers with initial setup questions and provide guidance on how to use the product.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their experience with our company.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail.
