Data Entry / Customer Service workin at UPS.
Located inside Mather Airport.
Hourly rate: $17 per hour
Days: Monday – Friday
Work hours: need to be flexible, will be full time – 8 hours will be day or evening
Training hours will start - 11am or 12 noon.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter names and addresses for client’s/ customers
Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
Build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
Accurate and consistent data entry
Other customer service responsibilities to be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma / GED
Minimum of one-year experience working in Data Entry, Customer Service, sales, or similar field
Ability to communicate directly with other team members as well as customers daily
Team player, reliable, and self-motivated
The ability to learn and retain large amounts of information that can be adapted and applied to customer’s situations
Able to work with high level of data while keeping attention to detail
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Demonstrated technical, interpersonal skills, and comfortable working with all levels of a team-oriented organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and databases
Excellent telephone skills and manners; ability to interact with fellow employees and customers
Ability to read, write, and speak using excellent grammar and communication skills
High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
