Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Provide basic technical support to customers via email, phone, or other methods
Answer calls from the call queue and manage accordingly
Provides customers with accurate and timely information regarding their inquiries received via phone or email
Maintaining customer contact and shipping information, follow up on part quotes, returns and late shipments, and pursue sales quote for purchase orders
Process orders within an hour of receipt including upload of sales order packet to the share drive
Follow-up & Process SAP Batch transactions•
Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate Supervisor
Training provided
WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
Associate degree or High School Diploma is acceptable with a strong background on the fields mentioned above.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate
Ability to work independently, self-starter, attention to detail, high sense of urgency
2-5 years of call center or data center experience
Experience as intern on related fields is acceptable.
