Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls on a multi-phone line system, scheduling all service requests, creating daily schedules for service technicians, submitting, and maintaining pool warranty claims, and facilitating effective communication with field technicians.
Responsibilities:
Manage Incoming Calls:
Operate a multi-phone system to handle incoming customer inquiries, service requests, and warranty claims.
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently.
Schedule Service Requests:
Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments based on their availability and service requirements.
Ensure accurate documentation of service requests and maintain updated records of all scheduled appointments.
Create Daily Technician Schedules:
Develop daily schedules for service technicians, assigning tasks and appointments based on priority and geographical location.
Optimize technician routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
Submit and Maintain Solar Pool Warranty Claims:
Process solar pool warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely submission and resolution of warranty claims.
Communicate with Field Technicians:
Act as a liaison between the customer service team and field technicians, conveying important information, service details, and schedule changes.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to field technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using multi-phone line systems and scheduling software.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of pool maintenance or related industry experience would be advantageous.
