The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for the Commercial Auto team is responsible for assisting agents with inquiries regarding their policies, including status updates, billing issues, pending changes, binding policies, and more.
Receives incoming calls from customers, vendors, merchants, and service companies and resolve issues regarding specific products, terms and conditions, service calls, and general questions.
Maintains a continual working knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
Delivers service utilizing prescribed standards to supply accurate information to callers and resolve their issues.
Researches, responds to, and resolves customer issues in a timely fashion.
Retrieves information from company systems (based on customer inquiry) and communicates information back to the customer in a clear and educated manner.
Responsible for binding and issuing new business policies.
To help to support the underwriters with various ensemble of responsibilities.
Experience working and interacting with across multiple departments, businesses, and companies.
