We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, career-minded, and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Associate at our Roseville Distribution Center.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Receive and respond to customer calls regarding questions, concerns, delivery, sales and service issues
Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service and store departments
Follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner
All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Must have the ability to handle difficult situations with customers
Basic computer and typing skills needed
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
Must be dependable and self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Call center experience preferred
