Lexus Of Roseville Rental Agent Lexus of Roseville is looking to hire a full-time Rental Agent.
Responsibilities include: • Explain Loaner vehicle policy to customers at time of agreement.
• Validate customer credentials (driver’s license, insurance, etc.
) • Inspect and ensure vehicles are clean inside and out.
• Perform proper vehicle walk-around and document any damage (Departure and arrival).
• Promptly answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Managing loaner vehicle fleet.
