Job Description: Customer Service Representative – CSR
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to the following:
• Talks with customers by phone to create and schedule work orders for service and maintenance.
• Addresses customer inquiries concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
o Makes regular calls to customers to solicit services or new product.
o Records information such as name, address, issue to be addressed.
o Prepares work orders, schedules service calls and dispatches service crew.
o Dispatches work orders and relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments.
Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and co-workers in English.

Competency Be able to successfully demonstrate an aptitude for industry knowledge and observe safety and security procedures.
Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills Regular use of Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel), Google and Explorer internet browsers for web-based software systems.
