OVERVIEW: Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies, seeks an accomplished *Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role*.
*IMPORTANT:* *• Start date: Tuesday, 12/11/2023 (Orientation & Equipment Pick Up & Zoom Technical Call)* *• Client will be offering candidates based off the resume hence no interviews.
* • 4-5 weeks (This depends on how well the class is moving along in training) • Work schedule is 9:00 AM -6: 00 PM (Pacific Time).
*• Candidates must go onsite to pick up equipment's at 11050 Olson Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.
* *• Candidate should be living within commutable distance or maximum an hour drive from 11050 Olson Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.
* *• Must be Bilingual: English & one of the following -*  Spanish  Armenian  Cambodian  Cantonese  Japanese  Korean  Mandarin  Russian  Tagalog  Thai  Laotian  Vietnamese *IMPORTANT Remote / Work-From-Home related:* • Duration of this project would be 6 Months with possible temp-to-hire.
• Candidates should be living within 1 hour drive from Rancho Cordova, CA.
• Candidates will be working from home throughout the assignment.
• Candidate MUST have high-speed wired internet connection.
Wi-Fi / Wireless connections are not allowed.
• Candidate MUST have a reliable home-office environment.
• Candidates must go onsite to pick up the equipment/Orientation.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*: • California HCO is a state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
*QUALIFICATIONS*: • Education: At least HS diploma OR GED.
• Must reside local to Rancho Cordova, CA, candidate may have to go onsite to pick up the equipment’s.
• Must have 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
