The Customer Service Representative will provide assistance to administrative and management teams using established systems and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and handle according to Company policy including but not limited to fielding caller inquiries, directing callers to the appropriate staff member, or taking messages for internal staff.
Assist in case management functions
Work to cross-train on necessary functions required to successfully deliver services
This will be a 6 month + contract position, 40 hours per week.
For the first month you will have to work one day on the weekend (Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday).
After the first month you will only work Monday - Friday day shifts no weekends.
All equipment will be provided, laptop and headset.
