We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team and play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
We have two different locations with Full-Time opportunities.
*Responsibilities*:
* Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens our brand.
* Handle customer inquiries
* Provide information about the products and services
* Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
* Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
*Qualifications*:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus but not required
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work on a fast pace environment
