We are looking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our customer service team.
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and a team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to create the best customer experience for our reps and client.
This position manages multiple sales rep territories.
Ultimately, you should have experience in a similar role and be comfortable digging in, problem solving and managing a large order file.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Order file management
Play an integral role in managing the order file for assigned rep territories.
Monitor and respond to all direct calls and emails requests from customers and sales reps within 24 hours.
Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all reps and customers by utilizing excellent time management skills and providing problem resolution when needed.
Maintain a positive working relationship with many internal departments, sales reps and customers.
Participate in team meetings.
Report to Customer Service Supervisor.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT TO BRING:
Minimum of three (2) years experience in Customer Service.
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must be a resident of USA
Self-starter and team player.
Super organized and detail oriented.
Able to manage multiple tasks.
