The Factory Service Specialist position processes all equipment repairs for our Customers.
The likely candidate would possess excellent Customer Service skills as they would be spending more than half of their time interacting with Customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in receiving and dispositioning all incoming repairs
Creating a job for all incoming Customer repairs in the system
Moving the units to the correct work cell for processing
Contacting Customer with the repair estimates and obtaining shipping and payment methods so that the Customer can be invoiced correctly
Issuing of all inventory items and or charges needed to repair the unit into the system
Answer incoming Customer calls regarding status, billing issues and obtaining copies of repair invoices
Assisting outside Repair Centers with paperwork and problems as needed
Other duties as determined by Supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED required or equivalent in experience
1-year experience in a Customer Service related field preferred
Must be computer literate and work with spreadsheets on occasion

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
This position requires up to 5% travel.
