Job Description
We are looking for a Fulfillment Associate who will be responsible for providing superior service by analyzing customers’ requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving or escalating issues, following requests through to completion, and communicating progress to customers and internal teams.
Skill / Qualifications
* High School diploma
* 2+year customer service experience.
* Excellent data entry skills, communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight while still being an integral part of a team.
* Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software and spreadsheets.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional regulations and organizational standards.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Proficiency in time management and multitasking to handle a high volume of customer requests efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
* Learns product line, internal systems and processes, as well as jurisdictional rules and regulations in order to effectively serve clients
* Field incoming questions or issues regarding products and services the organization provides
* Reviews and fulfills incoming requests
* Contributes to customer satisfaction and organization success
* Participates in department-wide process improvement programs and process best practices
* A successful candidate will need to be a team-oriented individual who is able to multi-task, work independently, possess strong computer skills, and participate in team meetings by offering suggestions and ideas to increase team productivity and efficiency.
