Customer Service Representative

Diagnostic Pathology Medical Group, Inc (DPMG) in East Sacramento seeks to hire a Customer Service Representative for our busy pathology laboratory.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *include the following.

* Answer telephones and assist clients, patients, pathologists and others with requests * Slide and report distribution * Send outs * Pull and file slides * Client supply order fulfillment *Education and/or Experience:* · Professional demeanor and good communication skills.
· The ability to multitask and prioritize with a high attention to detail is essential.
Good computer skills are a must.
