Client Service Representative

Diagnostic Pathology Medical Group, Inc (DPMG) in East Sacramento seeks to hire a Client Service Representative for our busy pathology laboratory.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *include the following.

* Respond to client inquiries * Assist clients, patients, pathologists with requests * Distribute pathology reports to clients * Send cases out for consultation, reference lab testing, tumor boards * Accurately maintain and distribute slides * Fulfill client supply orders *Education and/or Experience:* · Professional demeanor and good communication skills.
· The ability to multitask and prioritize with a high attention to detail is essential.
Good computer skills are a must.
*Qualifications:* * Detail oriented with strong organizational skills * Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, high volume laboratory * Must have the ability to multitask *Hours:* * Full Time; Monday - Friday; day shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.
