Assist customers with product information and ensure they have a positive experience when interacting with our company.
Efficiently handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
Requirements Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in basic software applications.
