WORK FROM HOME AFTER IN-OFFICE TRAINING!
Provide customer support to company clients and customers.
Create and manage technician dispatches.
Create parts orders.
Utilize professional level communication skills to assist management in creating a high level of customer satisfaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer questions via phone on all company supported software applications.
Provide support for company products.
Utilize In-House tools to appropriately dispatch field technicians.
Answer general program questions from motorists.
Perform additional tasks for motorists.
Provide inbound sales support.
Initiate and respond to emails with clear and professional language.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
Other duties and responsibilities as introduced.
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Basic reading writing and arithmetic skills required.
This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to learn and generate knowledge to support new applications and products.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Previous Customer Service experience is preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
In-home internet with at least 1 ethernet port required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a work from home position with initial in-office training and periodic work in the office.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Almost all performed work duties can be completed with a provided phone and Computer.
Saturday shift is covered on a rotating basis.
