Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Staybridge Suites hotel located in Woodland.
This position will be responsible for arriving, departing and in-house guests as well as telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
What You Will Be Doing:
Face of the Hotel - Greets, registers, handles room assignments and all guest service-related items to the high-end brand standard compliance.
Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions; acts as on-site concierge 24 hours a day.
Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts, discreetly.
Computes bill, collects payment, adheres to proper policies and procedures for property management system.
Acts as liaison between operations and sales department to uncover leads for future business.
Ambassador of the IHG brand & Staybridge Suites.
Guest service / customer service
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred but not required.
Experience in customer or guest service is a plus.
Weekend / Holiday availability is required.
Part time is available / Full Time is available.
