We are seeking a resourceful and organized Household Assistant to support our busy household.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied environment, enjoys both routine tasks and creative problem-solving, and can effectively manage a diverse set of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily household tasks including cleaning, organizing, laundry, and gardening (such as watering plants and pruning roses).
- Undertake minor home repairs and maintenance, like replacing light bulbs or hanging pictures.
- Manage errands including package shipments with UPS and grocery shopping.
- Provide administrative support such as taking detailed notes and assisting in home improvement projects.
- Work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively and demonstrating initiative in completing tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions about task prioritization.
- Comfortable with a variety of household tasks, from routine to those requiring a creative touch.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- No specific educational requirement, but a proactive and resourceful mindset is essential.
Job Details:
- Initial engagement on a trial basis, with potential to transition into a part-time role (1-2 days per week).
