I am seeking someone who can do cleaning and errands, for about 4-5 hours per week total, with special projects at times this as might bump that to 7 hours per week total.
Either morning or early evening hours would work best, once per week.
I have a 765 square foot apartment plus the patio, in the safer part of South Natomas.
I am female with no pets or kids (but you can bring your dog 🐶 if you have one).
For cleaning, the bulk of the effort will be kitchen, floors, trash and the toilet really.
I have a carpet and upholstery cleaner that you would need to use once or twice per month.
I have supplies but open to you bringing your own as well.
In addition to cleaning, I need help putting away groceries, cleaning, help with home decor projects, putting up lights, picking up packages, picking up medication, and possibly driving me to doctors appointments.
Really important that you have a successful track record of reading and listening to instructions and carrying them out.
My preference would be for those who have cleaned professionally in the past.
Students encouraged.
Will need to provide two positive references after the interview.
Looking to pay $23/hour with references.
Must wear a mask at all times that covers your nose and mouth and does not slip down.
Non negotiable on that.
