Caregiver Needed ASAP (Sacramento)

Hello, I am looking for a part time caregiver for my mother.
Meal preparation in the morning, laundry and medication reminders.
Must be ok washing soiled bedding and clothing.
My mother is 70 yrs old, has congestive heart failure and diabetes.
Must be ok with cigarette smoke and a kitty.
Looking for Monday through Friday 3 to 4 hours a day.
