Need help organizing and cleaning 2 rooms (Downtown)

Hi, folding and putting stuff away ,washing clothes and throwing stuff away from bins.
I have ADHD.
I'm looking for someone who I can hire to help me sort out my rooms, clean and organize stuff and help me fold clothes and kill doom piles.
Also washing what ever clothes I havent ran with my washing machine and dyer.
I need someone who Has OCd, Or has actual organizing experience.
