Women's Group: Getting Unstuck & Setting Goals (Rocklin)

Hello Women! Have you been feeling a bit stuck and wanting more with your life? I am a Doctor of Psychology and am practicing as a Professional Certified Life Coach.
I am excited to be starting a small women's group starting mid-February (via Zoom).
This group will help you get clarity about what you truly want in life and start stepping toward it! Maybe you already have a goal or dream in mind such as: * Getting more fit and healthy * Making more money * Changing careers * Better relationships * Being more present for yourself and others * Writing that book * Growing you business * Organizing your closet, garage or house * Enjoying your home environment * Having more relaxation and fun * Living a life more balanced * Better self-care/self-love (psst - ask me about my upcoming self-care group) * Or something else! The group will meet for six weeks and the fee will be $35/week.
