Just walking or sitting side by side without the need to speak can be therapeutic.
I think that it can be healthy to have someone that you can chat with, that's not judging you, just having someone next to you and having that feeling of comfort and security, which in turn allows you to mentally escape from the hectic pace of life and
just be the person you're meant to be.
Just like in personal relationships, you need to find someone in professional relationships that fit your needs.
Mature women (40 plus) would likely be a better fit, but I'm open to others.
