I found a new location to start clinical sports massage as well as flex appointments Flex appointments are 70 % for the last week and a half in fair oaks 🫶🏽 Flex appointments are a relaxing, mobility appointment; by a personal one on one stretcher.
appointments do quite resemble thia therapy.
Without compression.
This is not a group setting.
Having a Flex appointment can help with: - sports recovery -preventative care -injury prevention - stress - mobility -flexibility - independence - simple relaxation - I offer 1-2 hours instead of 2-3 minutes at corporate locations.
- massages are Clinical sports based.
Details : -All appointments are in a private suite.
-Suite is located inside of a business building.
-All sessions are 1 hour to 2 hours in duration.
Booking an appointment will be done via phone call.
Texts are fine.
However, I will always personally call you.
