Personal Training and Ftiness / Athletic Trainer (Roseville)

Hi, I am Amanda and I have been in the bodybuilding industry for 10+ years and am also a certified personal trainer.
In person training for Women only please + but don't worry, online training available for all! I specialize in getting folks to their desired fitness goals.
I work with all ages and body types.
I specialize in training people in EMS and I am a testing Specialist and Physical Instructor / and run the PT Program for EMS Academies up and down CA.
I am looking to take on a few clients in the interim to help you finish out the year strong! I emphasize a foundational build in fitness training with creating a baseline and building from there with an emphasis on the correct protocols to ensure injury prevention.
Training will look different based on individual needs and in person training will be for a slightly higher price based on frequency and length! I can help in work out plans, meal suggestions, and in person training.
I am in the Roseville / Rocklin area and available to all via online coaching.
