The qualified candidate will be someone who loves working with people, someone looking for a place to live, and can handle a high functioning - never dull environment.
We would prefer non smoker's, but certainly those who do not drink or engage in drugs.
Someone who can multi-task, is able to handle occasional tough situations in a professional manner when needed, is not easily angered or offended.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of what a room and board home for those with cognitive disabilities entails, is able to cook, clean, and assist with medication.
Again, "this is a work exchange" position which includes a free living arrangement, food, laundry, and all utilities paid for in lieu of service and assistance during your work hours.
