My cleaning check list:
Kitchen: I wipe down all counters including behind items (yes those sneaky crumbs no one sees), microwave inside and out, clean and polish stainless steel, cook tops and exterior of oven, clear spiderwebs, spot clean walls, wipe down exterior cupboards, baseboards, exterior of fridge (interior of fridge upon request), empty trash, sweep and mop
Bathroom: tub, showers, sinks, polish mirrors and all glass, toilets, clear spiderwebs, wipe window sills, sweep and mop, empty trash
Living room: vacuum couches, dust, wipe window sills, interior windows, clean and polish all glass, sweep/mop/vacuum
Hallways: dusting and wiping pictures, clear spiderwebs, sweep/mop/vacuum floors
Bedrooms: polish mirrors, dust, interior windows, window sills, clean and polish all glass, spider webs, (changing sheets/making beds upon request)
Laundry Rooms: Wipe down exterior of washer/dryer, sweep and mop floors

I also organize kitchen cabinets, closets, drawers, pantries, garages, and anything that you’d like to be put in order within your home.
