Affordable Housecleaner (Citrus Heights & Surrounding)

Happy Holidays! Need your apartment or house cleaned? I'm a professional level cleaner and I'm charging friendly neighborhood prices.
I'll do the first cleaning of any place up to 2500 square feet for $200 dollars as long as it's not hoarders levels of dirty.
If you have a much smaller place I'll charge you much less.
This will be done while you're home so you can keep an eye on things, at least until we build a professional relationship.
Then if you'd like me to work when you aren't home I'd be ok with it.
This isn't a scam people I just don't like to rip people off.
I like to work for what earn, I think a lot of people expect things for free these days.
I'm not one of those people, I just want a chance to prove myself.
If you end up liking the work I do and want to have me as your regular cleaner we can discuss and agree on a price that is mutually beneficial.
I'm very easy going and easy to talk to.
As for the cleaning I'll clean every room top to bottom.
That means dusting, clearing trash and clutter, washing dishes, windows and cleaning the floors/baseboards.
Basically anything that you need cleaned.
I'd also help with anything else you need around the house, moving or unloading things, etc.
I'm very easy going and a very positive person.
I live in Citrus Heights but I don't mind driving 20 or 30 minutes for a job.
If it's like 45 minutes or more one way I'd only ask for $5 or $10 more, for gas.
I'm very organized when I clean and it takes me way less time than the average person.
I guarantee you you'll be happy with my work, even more so with the prices.
I'm not greedy I just need to make a living.
