residential general contractor that needs help? (Sacramento)

I am looking to get into the construction industry and have no construction experience.
Looking to work for a residential GC.
Willing to learn and do all types of work from painting, kitchen/bath remodel, flooring etc.
Although I have no construction skills, I have great communication and computer knowledge with a background in sales.
